Highland Civil, formed in 2014, is a union excavating and utility contractor based out of Buckley, WA, signatory with both Laborers and Operators unions. Holding a single project bonding capacity over $10mm, we pride ourselves in completing difficult jobs, in a safe manner, meeting or exceeding quality standards while staying on schedule.
