Nuttara has a wealth of knowledge in finance and accounting with over 20 years of experience from various fortune 50 companies. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington. Nuttara has a clear vision for Highland Civil to be a safe, innovative, and efficient company while maintaining financial stability. Her focus is to take care of her employees, provide our clients with a quality service and experience while operating and investing in a fleet of late model equipment and trucks.

Tom assists in project management and estimating, ensuring that we provide our clients with accurate and consistent bids while keeping current projects on track. Together Nuttara and Tom started Highland Civil in 2014 and grew the company into what it is today. Outside of work Nuttara and Tom enjoy spending time with their three children, hiking and camping.

At Highland Civil, we pride ourselves in having the most advanced excavators in the northwest. We are one the first excavation contractors in the region to outfit our excavators with tilt rotators. This allows us to put a larger machine in a smaller space to perform tasks quicker and more efficiently without constantly repositioning the machine. We also attract the best operators who enjoy the challenge and opportunity to work with state of the art technology.
