Nuttara has a wealth of knowledge in finance and accounting with over 20 years of experience from various fortune 50 companies. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington. Nuttara has a clear vision for Highland Civil to be a safe, innovative, and efficient company while maintaining financial stability. Her focus is to take care of her employees, provide our clients with a quality service and experience while operating and investing in a fleet of late model equipment and trucks.
Tom assists in project management and estimating, ensuring that we provide our clients with accurate and consistent bids while keeping current projects on track. Together Nuttara and Tom started Highland Civil in 2014 and grew the company into what it is today. Outside of work Nuttara and Tom enjoy spending time with their three children, hiking and camping.
At Highland Civil, we invest in our people, new equipment and the latest technology. As a union employer, our employees are well compensated with a pension and full benefits. Our fleet includes excavators with tilt rotators and smart GPS guided machines. Our GPS models are developed in-house, allowing us to adapt on rapidly changing design build contracts. New site models are remotely uploaded to our machines from our office.
